Customer update – Coronavirus COVID-19

We are actively monitoring this rapidly evolving situation. Currently, there is no delivery disruption from our delivery partners - Royal Mail and DPD.

Due to the current coronavirus situation, Royal Mail are no longer asking recipients to sign for items delivered on or after Saturday 14 March 2020.

All UK parcel operations continue as normal.

Public Health England (PHE) has advised that people receiving parcels are not at risk of contracting the coronavirus. From experience with other coronaviruses, we know that these types of viruses don’t survive long on objects, such as letters or parcels

 

Royal Mail cut-off time: 10 am (Monday to Friday)

DHL cut-off time:           10 am (Monday to Friday)

DPD cut-off time:            2 pm (Monday to Friday)

Help! My Order Hasn't Arrived

The easiest and fastest way to locate your package is to use the tracking number sent to you after your purchase. Please call the shipping carrier with this tracking number. When you contact our support, this is the 1st step we need to take as well.

If you are still having problems after calling the shipping carrier (Royal Mail, DPD, DHL,  etc), please get in touch with our support team via the contact page.

Domestic shipments within the UK will be subject to 20% UK VAT.

For international orders, please check with the VAT laws of your local region. In most situations, VAT will not apply due to the relatively low value of the shipment. Unfortunately, Mimos PIllow UK will not be able to cover or refund any duty fees incurred by your local laws.
